UPDATE ON INITIAL REVIEW.....Our initial review of the work done by Keen Attention to Detail was based on what we saw on the surface. We had a couple of months of little to no rain, so we really didn’t know that the work on our drainage issue was not working as Jason had said it would. After a long and heavy rain we realized that the water was backing up into the catch basin and not flowing out to the drainage ditch as pictured in the review. Either there is a blockage or the drains are not sloped properly. My husband reached out to Jason in November to let him know of the problem, but after several attempts of leaving messages, there was no response. Over a week later Jason finally called my husband and said he’d be out the next day, but he did not show or let us know he was not coming. My husband again tried to contact Jason on several occasions without any response back. Then his project manager showed up without us being notified he was coming and verified the problem my husband had explained to Jason was happening and had also sent him pictures of the issue. After MANY attempts to get Jason to take care of this issue, he would not call or text my husband back. On the few occasions he did, he always had excuses and would not commit to a date to get our issue resolved. It is now 3 months later and we still do not have a date for Jason to correct his work. He will not return phone calls, texts or emails. We spent almost $2000 for our drainage issue to be taken care of and now Jason is not standing behind his work. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated! Jason was very attentive initially but once the work was done and he was paid, we are no longer valued customers. Jason was wonderful to work with. He was great at communicating, he was here to do the work on time and he & his team did a great job to correct our drainage issue. Jason is VERY knowledgeable on any type of landscaping concerns/designs. He goes above and beyond which is extremely hard to find these days. We highly recommend KEEN Attention to Detail!!

We hired Jason and his company to help with some back yard projects in March. They came in , got the work started on time and left. Jason stopped by the next day to collect payment ( in full. My mistake )They were supposed to come back the following week to power wash everything. We paid extra for this service. This has still not happened. They did not replace any of the stepping stones with new ones per quote , but instead used the old ones. The drain they installed is going up hill Vs downhill and no water drains through it. I have been patient with Jason over 3 months worth of excuses and now no response whatsoever for over a month.I’d be very careful before hiring this company.
